Our Story

Layz Ricks started April 2014 by husband and wife team, Rick and Lay. Being fully trained chefs made us an instant hit with the Somerset people, and we moved to our current locations in June in our customised vintage fish and chip van. 

With the resurgence of street food and the vintage look, Layz Ricks could make your special day a little more special.
